I've been hearing that the forum clock is behind by an hour for a great deal of people. To my knowledge this is because the server is the next timezone to the east of the Pacific timezone (I forget which one that is lol), and the forum gets its time from the server. Unfortunately I have not found a way to change this "feature" of the forums, so I have a makeshift fix for you:
Go into your profile=> click the "Look and layout preferences" link on the left side=> near the top there will be a box labeled "Time Offset" (the 3rd white box from the top, 4th if you count the search-bar) change this by adding or subtracting to reach your time (i.e. if the forum clock says 4pm but it is actually 2pm then set it to -2). For anyone in Washington, Oregon, or California this number will be -1.=> Hit the "Change Profile" button on the bottom right.
Check attachment for clarification (its only a picture, so don't worry).
If this doesn't fix it feel free to PM me or post here and I'll look into it.

This is a rather common problem.. Might actually be for the best for it to be seen in more than one section. perhaps people will stumble upon it easier.

With the migration the forum lock is now fixed. Locking/un-pinning topic but not removing for some minor visibility.
