I believe they're the second sunday of every month, but we always post a topic here on the forums and we'll be creating an event on the main page as well so hearing about it shouldn't be a problem  |

Any way I could hear about what went on during the meetings? News? I feel totally out of the loop. Just because I live far away and can't physically be present at the meetings doesn't mean I should have no idea what's going on. The internet exists for a reason. |

As I recall, the bullet points were: - The NPO under Tortuga is 100% official now.
- Location deals were underway for one location in particular, though I don't remember exactly where.
- Robert Axelrod is indeed coming back for Mew 3. (link)
- A few more staff appointments were handed out.
I'm sure there was a lot more, but it's totally slipping my mind. Anyone else feel free to add in the things I missed. |

Er... second Sunday in May is Mother's Day.  This may be difficult for people who have obligations to visit their families. Maybe change to different date for May mtg? |

It means we're now partnered with Tortuga Events, a Non-Profit Organization (NPO). The paperwork went through between the 1st meeting and 2nd, so there was an announcement that everything was 100% official when is the next one?
I'll just repeat myself, since it's easier: I believe they're the second sunday of every month, but we always post a topic here on the forums and we'll be creating an event on the main page as well so hearing about it shouldn't be a problem |

This has been changed for May, an email will be going out shortly with the May and June's meeting dates and times.
FYI: Tortuga, Alls Faire and MEW are all branches under the NPO Morak Events. Tortuga does not own MEW, much like Gamestorm does not own Orycon.
