You should simply be able to copy and paste the url of the video (it's also on the info pane to the right of the youtube video) into the post and it'll automagically do all the embedding for you

I was very moved by Eminem/Rhianna's vid, which initially I watched because it had Dominic Monaghan (aka one of the Hobbits in LotR & Charlie from LOST). It also had Megan Fox. I think it's called "Love the Way You Lie".

As for amusing vids, Chameleon Circuit's Awful Lot of Running to Do is a fun Doctor Who filk with a cute cartoon to it.
