Ok sorry about not getting back sooner about this but allot came up. XP But we've looked at possible dates that could work for dance events. If there is something big going on during those dates please tell us so we can cross it off we don't want this event to compete with anything else. Thank you

Also if you would like to see something done, music suggestion, theme suggestions, ETC. Please feel free to suggest.

A dance theme we had was B movie monsters where people come dressed as horrible B movie monsters or funny things that are seen in really really bad movies. We would have a costume contest, live Dj's and refershments; all themed around B movies.

Dates;
June 26, 2010
July 10, 2010
July 17 2010
and one maybe before halloween.

Is there a theme, either to the music genre or the dress code?

B movies are movies that are not considered that important or top notch ( big budgets, top actors, )
They where made on the cheap, some real cheap. Horror movies, westerns, Sci-fi are mainly B movies. Go on Youtube to see lots of movie trailers for B movies. "creature from the black lagoon" is a real good b-movie while" Plan 9 from outer space" is voted the worst movie of all time. So come dressed up in any thing that was or might be a B-movie character.

it starts at 7pm and tickets are $10 at the door, or $7 with pre-reg or the coupon.

Just wondering, do we want to make a separate topic with all the dance info in the "Other worldly events" section?

Then you can come as you are. Costumes are optional.
