I appologize for not making it to the November 14th meeting. At last minute when I went to googlemap the address I relized that it was in Vancouver, WA.
So I went to attempt attending Orycon, but unfortuantly my funds couldn't meet the standerds for it, and I had no way of contacting anyone about this.
From what I read it said to be staff member I have to attend at least 2 meetings. Does the last one count? I mean the December 30th meeting? Even though it's the one directly at the con?
If so does this mean I can be staff still? I want to appologize again for my absence, I would have attempted to get a ride, but I again had no way to contact anyone.

Guy and I were at Orycon on Nov 14th. We saw Admin and various other Mewcon staffers. Since I spoke with admin, I consider that as having "attended" a meeting.  Programming is coming together. I have some additional panel submissions and will update the spreadsheet tomorrow and send on to webmaster. I also spoke with a bunch of known panelists at Orycon and hope they'll submit panels soon. Will be emailing them tomorrow. (evening - I am expected to do actual work-related work at work and not convention-related "work"... go figure.  Well, it pays the bills ) |

Yeah, where will the meeting happen? anyone know? I assume at hotel because that would be rather convenient, but it's still nice to know ahead of time. Can you email all staff as soon as it's known? |

I believe the plan was to have the last two meetings at the hotel. Unfortunately I have heard nothing about that since March so don't quote me.

Well, by the looks of it because I wasn't able to attend the 12th meeting. I'm unable to be staff this year. I was looking foreward to it, but a family emergency came up.
