*October 16th - 6:30 PM - Before the dance at University Park Community Center Multi- Purpose Gym
November 14th - 2PM Bang Bang Neko's

December 12th - 1-4PM Kittyminion's House. PM her for the address.
December 30th - At hotel before setup - Time TBA

I will try to attend the tail end of the 9/19 meeting, if it is still going after the Orycon meeting (which is 1pm to 3pm). Is there a phone # you could post or PM me, that I could call to verify the meeting will still be going on by the time I could figure out how to get there (or if I, a Eugenian, get lost up there)? Thanks!

No, it got switched to the 16th from the 10th.
Edit: Just read through my last couple posts. The meeting got moved to the same day as the dance. Just thought I'd clarify that cause it didn't make sense in my head when I read it again. Gotta love that sleep-deprived posting.
