No he works too hard on one point then focuses his efforts into things that don't show off his talents at all. Basically he has a weak mentality and a great body. Why he chose a costume that doesn't show off ANY of his strong points while mentally/socially draining him of everything valuable to him is beyond me.
Here's what he is:
Body: Small height and weight proportion
Good mind with the worst execution I've seen in my life
Good-masculine face
Good-Strong upper body
Normal lower body
The lack of thought creates a very weak awareness of people in his personal space. So he's very much normal with good physical quality but socially retarded. Here are some costumes that would look good on him:
Black Butler: Kuro Shitsuji (ALL)
Bleach: Ichimaru Gin
Bleach: Kuchiki Byakuya
Costumes that get him what he really wants out of these cons:
Ace Attorney: Gavin
Castlevania: Richter
Final Fantasy: Tidus
Costumes that will shamelessly show off his body:
Final Fantasy: Kuja
FMA: Envy
Street Fighter: Guile
Street Fighter: Ryu
I want to agree on Grimmjow but that wouldn't be right. If you want to understand the references, just look at how he is in a few of the photos I managed to get of him here. You won't notice it from the first two pictures but there is a number of physical qualities that his costume manages to completely hide. After the first three photos you'll understand there's no reason for him not to be a warranted target of fangirl attention.

hmm.. you would probably make a good sebastian from kuroshitsuji, or reno from final fantasy 7.. i'll think of more later ^_^

wigs are your friends! XD but if youre looking for cosplays with your regular hair you could be hei from darker than black (pfff! im gonna be him too eventually XD), kyouya or mori from ouran high school host club, maybe miroku from inuyasha if you can get a small ponytail, kurogane from tsubasa reservoir chronicles, hijikata from gintama, lau from kuroshitsuji, sai from naruto, tuxedo mask from sailor moon XD, umm... thats all i can think of.. http://www.animecharactersdatabase.com/this website can be really helpful, though you have to sort through a bunch of obscure characters :/ hope this helps! |
