Creation Station held one at Orycon, and it was standing-room-only. There was a cute Rose cosplayer (from The Doctor Dances) who offered to help if we held it again at MEW. Two of my 3 copanelists are coming to MEW.

So...who would be interested? What we did at Ory was:
trivia questions
discussions of favorite doctors/companions/episodes
show & tell of favorite memorabilia, meeting the cast, etc.
reading fanfic
singing filks
general zaniness
brief talk of Torchwood
There could be contests, such as best impressions or fan creations or cosplay.....

sounds like fun...
Today I saw a photo of an awesome TARDIS dress. I am inspired... looking for fabric of appropriate color.  Smiley

Bummer! I'm so sorry. Where are you taking the train to? Perhaps I can help you find another ride or later train.
There weren't any slots open that fit...unless I swapped Doctor Who with Harry Potter in the morning, but I'm not entirely sure I could be there from Eugene in time (allowing for slow driving in the winter).....

If you have any Doctor Who fanfics, art, or filks you would have wanted to share at the panel, and if we can't find a way for you to make it, you could send or bring them to me and I would gladly share them for you, read or sing them, etc.

I hope we can find a way for you to make it!

Sorry honey I don't know anything about train schedules. There may be folks who do, or who are commuting by car from that area. So sorry that I didn't post asking about times folks were available first!

Aw, bummer! Have you tried posting on the Kumoricon forums? Or how about looking up ChibiChibi Con in Olympia?

Some folks from it are on these forums; hopefully they'll see this and give you some info.
