I know that technically the group rate is still available until Dec 14. But since they've sold out of those rooms, it would probably be good to provide a non-group-rate link.

Using the link provided under Locations, it only tells you that there are "no rooms available" during the con. Someone might misunderstand that and think there are no rooms available at all, when there are rooms available - just not for $89 per night. You have to either prepay $101.15 (as I just did), or pay $119 on arrival.

The discounted rate is still available, I checked with the hotel and they said they had to expand the room block during the holiday.

Our discounts are for the nights of Dec.30th through the night of Jan. 2nd. If you got caught right in the day they were expanding it I would either call and have them apply the MEW rate or PM me your reservation name and I can see if our hotel contact can roll it over to the correct rate.
