what is that look? i have seen the gogles but the rest is a mystery to me i know google it but id rather get a personal idea. i just want to ft in at the ball

Steampunk is pretty much Victorian style clothing with more technology. A lot of leather and metal.
You can easily just type in "Steampunk" into a picture search and find a lot of examples.

A couple of shows that have that kind of style would be the Firefly series/Serenity, and even Fullmetal Alchemist has that kind of style, but a little more toned down. But that may give you a better idea.

I don't know who Shao Tucker is. Mal = Captain Mal Reynolds, portrayed by Nathan Fillion.

shao tucker is a caracter from full metal alchimist who combined his 5 yo daughter and her dog into a chimera idk  but yea i could pull off jut wearing the sun im buff and thin
