Dear MEWcon DJs, (except Initial P because he is awesome and I know he won't do this)
Please, PLEASE for the love of Cons do not play mainstream music!!! We are not the popular kids, you do not have to try to impress us with how "popular" your music is. We would much prefer anime, video game, sci-fi, techno, and otherwise nerdy music to dance to, since we don't get to dance to it anywhere else. If you MUST play something mainstream, then remix it and make it at least slightly danceable. I swear if I am subjected to anymore Black Eyed Peas or hip hop at CONVENTION dances, I will rip off my ears and throw them at you.

lol Trust me when I say this, there will not be any mainstream stand alone songs. DJ Akuma plays alot of extoic, gothic, hardstyle, and very different style of music and there will also be Mash-ups which will have some mainstream stuff but there mashed up with other songs, or techno.

soooooooooo glad to hear it! XD the dance at akicon and one of the kumoricon dances were pretty much all mainstream and it was really depressing.. i dont know why mainstream music is ever played at cons :/ its a disturbing trend.. hehe i dont mind lady gaga so much because her music is kinda technoish, and her outfits remind me of sci-fi shows XD

If its the same D.j. from last year, HE WAS SOOO GOOD.
and his woman was a great dancer XD
her, my sis, another friend, and I all went crazy and did syncronized dancing and it was beautiful.
