Schedule UPDATE AGAIN - 12/30!!

Moved around a few things in Main Events.
Japan Travel replaced Patternmaking software panel.
Added in Balloon Battle and Science show.

Change: we found out that Guest of Honor Robert Axelrod is leaving early on Sunday, so his panel is MOVED to 2PM-3:30PM, and the Clue: Anime Edition will be at 4PM-7PM (with setup at 3:30PM)


**** THIS IS A REVISION OF SCHEDULE****  Schedule as of 12/21/2010 7 PM....    
Changes include addition of Pocky Forge & Mario Madness PLUS Main Events changes - removal of Dodgeball, addition of Tricky Pixie POI SPINNING class, removal of dodgeball and some minor scheduling modifications.



Keep in mind that I can't guarantee that the schedule won't change again. However, I assure you that the ULTIMATE FINAL version will be available on 3 January 2011 (it'll be the "this is what happened at MEW" version...)

(I did have some issues w/ formatting using the freebie PDFCreator application combined w/ Open Office Calc...the annoying thing is that I couldn't get it to display the room names at the top of each page. Easy "fix" is for you to use a photocopier to make copies of the top row and then tape the room names onto the top of the page).

I plan to update this post whenever there are changes / additions

well were not a huge con, were a small laid back chill con lol. So looking at what we have it is packed, trust me this is the most we've had since the start of the con. I've also got to add new panels to main events since I got an email.

Well, it's "Empty" because we only have a few rooms and it's nigh on impossible to get people to fill upall time slots!
We've got a few openings between like 1AM and 11AM if you're interested    

Feature mentioning: Wine tasting panel...   Anime hunters... the Lord Zedd panels (GOH stuff)... and any of the big things

see FIRST POST - I've replaced the PDF with latest and greatest.
If you downloaded a version earlier it's WRONG!  The one above is correct.

I will add update notifications as / when I change things.
I've sent this version to webmaster. It may appear on website...someday. However, it is HERE NOW, so make your plans using this one.

Again, I can assure you that some things may change between now and the convention.
The only guarantee I'll give you is that the absolute final version will exist on 3 January... since it'll document what happened
