I don't really understand why you did this, most cons have a regular curfew and everyone is fine for it. I'm pretty sure that even with your low population of minor attendees that many of the age-appropriate ones aren't going to go to con without their buds...
All in all, i find this new age restriction pretty lame.
and i can't go either... ; n ;

We did this for many reasons:
- To remove the squealers and screamers.
- To facilitate adult programming all day.
- To feature a more comfortable con for adults.
- To distinguish ourselves from the noise of Sakura, Kumo, and Aki.

Ah, question here. It seemed a bit odd to make a new topic, so I'll post it here.
It says 17+. Does this mean that minors will have to be accompanied by someone who's 18 years or older or 17 years or older?

Anyone under 17 needs to be accompanied by an adult 18 or over. The adult will need to be at registration when purchasing the ticket and sign for it. |

I'm not meaning to step on toes when I mention this: A lot of other cons will allow an at-con guardian over 18 as long a form is signed by the parent. That said, given the nature of this event, I can understand this not being the case. |

Well... it says you made this con a +17 to remove the screamers and squealers... Well... it didn't exactly work :c I ran into a few who seemed way to hyper... Enough that I wanted to make my friend Sweeney give them a shave... *cough* Maybe next time we could add a rule to keep the noise volume down? -3-
