Ok so im confused about the badge?

I paid for the badge and everything with paypal a while ago. Am i supposed to get it in the mail?

Email noticed were sent out on the 23rd with pick up instructions, so you might want to check your junk/spam folder just in case.

You pick up your badge at registration with your ID and paypal receipt.

By any chance could i get my money back :/ because im not going to go because i cant find a room to stay in.
