Your title is misleading. The artilce does not say it damages vision in any way. It does say that it may alter the development of children's vision. This is understandable as those early years are when you learn to percieve the world. However, learning to perceive extra dimensions at an earlier age may not be that bad (most children learn about height and width early, then depth and time later in life).

P.S. The article also say that it isn't just pseudo-3D games that alter vision development, but the pseudo-3D movies and T.V.s as well.
