The time has come! As of June 17, 2008 online pre-registration is OPEN! Click here to purchase your M.E.W. Registration. Payment is through Paypal. If you do not have an account with Paypal the Paypal services will also allow you to use a credit card for payment by following the links on the paypal site.

Children 5 and under are free as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a paid member.

 By popular demand the deadline for our $35 pre-registration has been extended to Dec. 6th. Registration forms for this extension must be postmarked before the 6th.

A confirmation postcard of your pre-registrations will be sent Nov. 30th  for all attendees who's forms were received on or before that date. Pre-Registration badges may be picked up at the pre-registration desk Dec 30th at 8pm or any time durring convention hours on Dec. 31st or Jan 1st.

Minors ages 17-13 years of age must arrive with a parental consent form.

Any attendees under 13 must be accompanied all times by a legal guardian who is also a paid attendee.

A free shuttle from PDX to the hotel is available for those with room reservation, please let the hotel know in advance what time you will need to be picked up. For those on public transit, catch the MAX to PDX airport and the shuttle can pick you up from there!
