Cut off dates for mail in and online pre-registration:

March 1- May 1: $20

May 2- Sept 20: $30

Sept 20- Dec 6: $35

Dec 6- Dec 23: $40 Online only! (same as the door price)

 

Perforated registration cards will be mailed out at the end of each month, please keep the ticket side with your badge number on it and mail in or bring to any general meeting the registration side before Dec 10th 2009. Pre-Registration badges will be printed and available for pick-up at the pre-registration desk the night of Dec. 30th 2009.

 

Children 5 and under are free as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also a paid member.

Minors ages 17-13 years of age must arrive with a parental consent form.

Any attendees under 13 must be accompanied all times by a legal guardian who is also a paid attendee.

Single Day Passes:

A free shuttle from PDX to the hotel is available for those with room reservation, please let the hotel know in advance what time you will need to be picked up. For those on public transit, catch the MAX to PDX airport and the shuttle can pick you up from there!
