Minors ages 17-13 years of age must arrive with a parental consent form.
Any attendees under 13 must be accompanied all times by a legal guardian who is also a paid attendee.

VENUE
M.E.W. will be open until 2am on Dec. 31st and until midnight Jan. 1st. The viewing room and game room will be open the night of the 30th for any pre-registered guests that intend to get their badge early during the 8pm pre-registration pickup.

Discounted room rates are available. Online: In the Group Rate field, type in the code 091230ME or by phone advise the reservationist that you are with M.E.W. Convention to receive the rate of $79 per night for a single bed room or $89 per night for a double bed room. River views are available on request at and additional $20.00 per night. All rooms come with free wifi access, refridgerator and microwave.
A free shuttle from PDX to the hotel is available, please let the hotel know in advance what time you will need to be picked up. For those on public transit, catch the MAX to PDX airport and the shuttle can pick you up from there!
